State Bank of India (SBI) allows its customers to activate their ATM or Debit cards online from its website, retail.onlinesbi.com. How to Activate SBI ATM Card Online Through Net Banking?
You can activate your SBI atm card online i.e. using internet banking. The Internet Banking option allows you to do this from your SBI Internet Banking account. Existing SBI Internet Banking users can follow the below procedure to generate their Debit Card or ATM Card PIN online
- First of all, visit the official website of SBI Net Banking Portal or Click on this link [https://retail.onlinesbi.com/retail/login.htm]
- After that click on the login button.
- Enter your Sbi Net banking login Id or password
- On the ATM Card Services page, select ‘ATM PIN Generation
- Select ‘Using One Time Password’ or ‘Using Profile Password
- Select the Using Profile Password’ option, select the associated bank account, and click ‘Submit’
- Select the SBI debit card and click ‘Confirm’
- You will be taken to the ‘ATM PIN Generation page, where you need to enter any two digits to create a new PIN. Enter the digits and click ‘Submit’
- You will then receive an SMS on your registered mobile number with 2 digits.
- On the next screen, enter the 2 digits you have chosen earlier and the 2 digits you received through SMS and click ‘Submit’
- You will now see a message, which says that your ATM PIN has been changed successfully.
Debit Card Offers
SBI debit cards disabling of e-Commerce functionality (I.E. Transactions through websites) for cardholders who do not use this facility has commenced, and they are being informed through sms. Atm and pos transactions on these debit cards will continue as usual.
